FTG must be notified within 10 business days of any faulty 451743-001’s after the goods have landed at your dock. All goods must receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by FTG and the 451743-001, must also be sent back in the original packaging.

Production Condition Breakdown
New: Product is brand new and has never been opened.
Open Box: Product contains original box and contents, but has been opened. Contents appear to be new. The box may be traveled or worn.
Factory Refurb: Item has been refurbished and sealed by the OEM.
Tested: The product has seen gentle use, but has been tested and is in 100% working order.
Pull: The product was pulled from a new unit and is fully functional.
-D1's are clean units with a very light scratch or scuff on the plastics.
-D2's are units with heavier scratches/dents on the plastic.
-D3's are units with scratches or dead pixels on the LCD's.

Note: Tested laptops, desktops, and workstations have been removed of software or COA (certificate of authenticity). Laptops will include both the battery and AC adapter. Tablet PC’s will include the pen. All monitors will be free from dead pixels or scratches on the screen, unless noted.

If your order for 451743-001 is placed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am to 3:30pm Central, your order will ship the same day. All orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday.
